Power Torque is proud to announce the launch of the “Power Torque Inteli-Drive” diesel engine control system. The system was developed specifically for the JCB444 Dieselmax & Sisu 6 cylinder Citius Tier 3 industrial diesel engines but can be developed to run ANY modern industrial diesel engine with a common rail Fuel injection system.

The control system comes as a package with Control Panel, Fuse/Relay Box, Bespoke wiring Looms and instructions on CD rom.

KEY FEATURES:

• Plug and play operation
• Both the control panel and fuse/relay box give protection to IP65
• All wiring looms are constructed to OEM quality
• Remote mounting of the Panel in standard 12V specification from 2 to 5 metres, with the JCB 24V system a distance of up to 30 metres can be achieved from the engine.
• 12V or 24V operation
• 4 Throttle control options giving either variable or fixed speed control:
1. Standard – speed up & speed down via increase / decrease switch
2. Option 1 – up to 3 fixed speeds and idle
3. Option 2 – 0-5V analogue hand / foot throttle
4. Option 3 – 0-5V throttle via CAN BUS
• Engine protection for low oil pressure, high coolant temperature and over speed
• Fault codes displayed with full SPN & FMI details included
• Capable of various machine inputs, e.g. fluid level/fluid temp warnings etc
• Fully configurable to suit the application requirements, all settings can be password locked
